So here's the thing with The Formula - it is heavily skewed by the two categorical elements (visitation and subscribership). Also, if your site requires membership to post comments, you have a collinearity problem. Also, the page count variable may be distorted if two websites have wildly different numbers of pages available for viewing. Finally, my guess is that the feedback and interaction variables are covarient. Would love to see this as applied to some sample websites, and the decisions/insights it drove.
