Praveen Ramanathan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ayantek, LLC. Ramanathan founded Ayantek in 2008 as a digital marketing firm that conceives, designs, and builds innovative digital interactive programs for our customer's businesses through the web. The company focuses on developing strategic web solutions through a combination of exceptional user experiences and industry-leading technologies.

A senior executive with strong P&L experience and a track record of driving market share & profit growth, Ramanathan has been effective at building high-performance teams and leading change in competitive business environments. In his current role at Ayantek, Ramanathan is responsible for all aspects of the organization including fostering client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery, business development, managing internal IT operations and driving profitable growth for the company. Ramanathan also plays an executive role in formulating business strategy, product marketing and new product development at the company.

He has an MBA from Boston University and a Masters in Computer and Information Sciences from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
